It breaks my heart to see these black small business owners stating in that very video that they "feel they hit rock bottom" , I really feel bad because these people are trying to do things the right way and as a small business owner, I can empathize ,....BUT You get what you vote for unfortunately and these shady woke democrat city leaders have zero effin clue and zero effin answers ! - they are all about feelings and ideas rather than what works and sensical city laws and logistics - who suffers? The inhabitants of the city - "Defund the police" idea was about a 3 year catastrophe where even though that idea is no longer prevalent today - The damage is clearly done and is practically irreversible at this point - At some point the people need to vote for something else to save themselves or Oakland will keep recessing in every manner every year
