The underlying reason is his basketball camp in Fresno and he wants his teammates to go to that. Having another "players only camp" is a side event to Jalen's basketball camp he hosts in his home town. Hopefully there are some coaches there to continue training these guys in whatever they've been working on this offseason.
So much for us to get onto National TV against our rival.....which brings up the question, who is that?
If the Rockets make the leap to annual playoff team this season then the teams the Rockets will be rivals with will be the teams with similar "young cores" like the Thunder, Spurs maybe Blazers id they get their act together. That's my prediction. I'm predicting OKC rivalry
You are scared of that? It looks like two easy wins to me. Wemby at times will be dealing with Amen, Tari, and Jabari. He will not do well.
It’s SA and/or OKC. We don’t scare Dallas yet, but they could be as well. We match up extremely well with OKC, but overall records will not make it rivalry unless we take a major leap this year.
How does this work because it isn't like the NFL were teams in different divisions have almost entirely different schedules of teams they play. Like they take it consideration back to back frequency and stuff?
Considering that our SOS is 3rd in the league, I'll be ready to crown us champions if we go 7-3 to start the season.
That's a lot of Wemby in the first ten games lol. But the Rockets should still be favored to win those games because the Spurs still suck overall.
Sac is comparable to Htown... youngish teams hoping to make it to 2nd round of playoffs (although I would think Kangz have higher aspirations with Mid-Rozan now on board) Memphis and Htown have that Durty Souf music energy .... Suave House! plus the whole Villain thing... That's what I could thing of
