Lol. No mention of the technical difficulties? I can only imagine how mad Trump is that the technical difficulties are getting that much coverage
Kamala is still in the "getting to know you" introduction phase. She will hold a preference when she takes a break from campaigning. If you are interested in her policies, her campaign speeches do contain some policy, if you listen. (Most assume that Kamala will continue the Biden's Admin policies with minor tweaks.) Since when does going off-script and "not being a good look" matter? It certainly does not matter to Trump and his MAGA voters. Trump at the Trump Biden debate and at last week's press conference appears to not have answered any of the questions. Should Trump be disqualified since he incapable of answering simple questions? You, sir, have not been paying attention. Do you happen to recall at the beginning of Biden's presidency the "CRISIS AT THE SOUTHERN BORDER" nonsense and the Rs demands that the POTUS or VPOTUS visit the border because of "THE CRISIS"? This was and still is complete BS. The Rs wanted to drive the narrative that Biden was weak on illegal immigration (while the POTUS was busy with, you know, important stuff, like rolling out the covid vaccines and getting economic relief legislation passed ... of which no R who vote for.) MSM ended up asking the conservative media's batshit crazy "CRISIS AT THE SOUTHERN BORDER" questions. MSM is likely asking asking Kamala right now "when are you going to hold a press conference, you know, the one everyone is asking for?", carrying the conservative media's water.
Trump’s team needs to improve security. Clearly, that mic was hacked by Iranians to modulate the 'S' sound to 'TH,' among other modulations.
LMAO. He's gonna flee to avoid all his upcoming trials and imprisonment. Donald Trump Says He Will Flee to Venezuela if He Loses Election "If something happens with this election, which would be a horror show, we'll meet the next time in Venezuela, because it'll be a far safer place to meet than our country," Trump said to Musk. "OK, so we'll go. You and I will go, and we'll have a meeting and dinner in Venezuela." https://www.newsweek.com/donald-trump-flee-venezuela-loses-election-elon-musk-interview-1938321
Ehh... they are important people, even historically important people - but neither of them are "decent, likeable people".... they have their groups of supporters, but they both are very polarizing. I get it - Ian agrees with both of them politically, and wants Trump to win - but that doesn't mean that the media is afraid of them.
At some point the majority of people may agree with you - but we are not at that point. While Vance is unlikeable and very awkward, he is a good speaker and he isn't afraid to speak publicly or carry the torch for Trump. I don't know how much good he will do long term because he has a little too much Ted Cruz in him - but he will at least talk. As for Trump, when he has spoken to those that do not kiss his ass lately, he has not done well at all. At this point, Harris is playing it the right way. She will likely do this through the convention - which is politically sound. She is resonating with enough people that she doesn't need to go and answer policy issues at this point. Besides, it isn't as if Trump and Vance are going into great depth with policy either.
In all seriousness, it might be a combination of his lisp, what looks like a consumer mic, and Twitter Spaces’ handling of audio. I wouldn’t conduct a serious call with that setup. Very unprofessional.
UAW sues Trump and Musk, accusing them of pushing to fire striking workers The United Auto Workers Union has filed complaints against Donald Trump and Elon Musk, alleging the two advocated for firing striking workers. The former President and the owner of X held a conversation on Musk's social media platform Monday night, where they touched on several subjects from immigration to Ukraine. At one point, Trump and Musk were talking about workers who go on strike for better wages. Trump said if workers "go on strike, and you say ‘that’s okay, you're all gone. You're all gone.' So everyone is gone." Under federal law, a company can not fire its employees if they are on strike. The Unfair Labor Practices charges were filed with the National Labor Relations Board, the UAW said Tuesday, just hours after the discussion. More than a million people tuned into the session. "When we say Donald Trump is a scab, this is what we mean. When we say Trump stands against everything our union stands for, this is what we mean," said UAW President Shawn Fain in a news release. https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.fo...cusing-them-pushing-fire-striking-workers.amp
