5 years for an accidental "fraud" case vs 4 months with 52 intentional fraud counts.

Lemme guess, cuz Karen is "law abiding and has a bright future ahead of her a community presence"?

Manifestation of my father's advice: distrustful people are untrustworthy.

Is there a source for the rise in new voters in Texas or just some Xeeter photoshopping and spreading misinformation?

I don't know. But having worked in data/stats for gubmint(ish) before, I'd bet it's because they ****ed up on properly counting these numbers for a while and only recently realized it. So now, rather than go back and change old data, they're just using a massive lump sum in this month. That would be my innocent guess.

Not every state lets you register to vote as part of your drivers license renewal/application, but Texas does, so that helps.

That HAVV dataset goes all the way back to 2011, so if anyone wanted to download and put it into some dataviz software you could probably see some trends. You can even select to view the data going all the way back to Jan 2011 in the website, and you can see Texas dwarfs most other states in registrants. Texas grew by 5 million people since 2011, compared to a place like New York, which has grown by only like 50K.

Or just grab a maga hat and scream like a dimwit into the void about conspiracies.

Former Colorado clerk Tina Peters, a hero to election deniers, was found guilty by a jury on most charges Monday in a breach of her county’s election computer system.

Peters was accused of using someone else’s security badge to give an expert affiliated with My Pillow chief executive Mike Lindell access to the Mesa County election system. Prosecutors said she was seeking fame and became “fixated” on voting problems after becoming involved with those who had questioned the accuracy of the 2020 presidential election results.

It is all crazy to me. So many people's lives ruined to serve this craptastical fantasy. I guess they'll Darwin-award themselves out of our society to some degree.

She could. Trump will then pledge to help find it, but absolutely will not follow through on the pledge.

Unfortunately she'll be rewarded with a pardon if Trump wins. All these people will if Trump wins.
