Trump is the GOP. He can still destroy any Republican campaign on a whim.

Of all his feats of projection, which is psychology’s term for seeing your own methods and motivations in someone else, none fascinates me more than his incessant insistence that every one of his adversaries — that everyone, period — is the beneficiary of some scheme or scam that puts him at a disadvantage.

He’s the prince of self-pity, the bard of bellyaching, reportedly worked up over the imagined injustice or trickery of Harris’s late replacement of President Biden on the Democratic ticket. According to an article in The Washington Post this week, he told an ally: “It’s unfair that I beat him and now I have to beat her, too.”

Poor Trump. Always forced to compete on an uneven playing field.

The more assertively Trump presses a complaint, the more you know it’s bunk. He operates on the theory that if you’re selling falsehoods, peddle like the wind; your audience might well assume that you’d never speak that extravagantly and be that audacious if there weren’t some legitimacy to your claim.

So it is with his underdog yap — his pantomime of Cinderella when he’s really her wickedest stepsister.

He was born to a rich family. His father’s money and connections greased the start of his career. Legions of lawyers helped him skate away from bankruptcies and bad behavior. The moral cratering of the Republican Party gave him license to do and coup as he pleased.

Trump looked super old in that press conference. The overuse of his hands to try and express his emotions also makes me concerned for his cognitive health.

    He's not all there.

I fully expect for trump to go off the rails if he loses and his cohorts will go along with it because they will be out of a job if he doesn't get in. I fully expect lawsuits aimed at voter fraud and any other end around they can think of. GOP led states scare me and they would circumvent the voters will. We have seen to many hail Mary's by trump to not think he won't go quietly, and he will try and take it all the way to the USSC who "possibly" could side with him. I have no idea what he would do, but at the same time I know he will do something that is sleazy, illegal and a threat to democracy. This wont be the end of maga BUT I think a loss would get those who are just there to keep their job will move on, the MTG`s of the world will never leave him but those who talk smack behind his back will jump

Trump is losing it. Seeing the huge crowds at Harris's rallies is breaking him.

When asked about crowd size, he was clearly agitated. He claimed he gets 30 times the crowd size that Harris does, and that no one in history in any country has had crowd sizes like he's had. He even compared the size of the crowd at his January 6th incitement speech to the crowd at MLK's 'I Have a Dream' speech, saying his was larger.

We are watching a Presidential candidate's brain fizzling out slowly before our eyes. The scary part is that he was already pretty damn stupid.

why do you think I'm super rich?

but to your question, no, and I've been clear on this since he announced in 2015.

...I've been never Trump since I moved to the city in 1982.

The rich are so worried that they may lose some money that they spend lots of money just in case. All in support of a POS

We are already seeing moves made by Republican legislatures and election boards to make it easier to overturn election results. Georgia’s election board just recently put in a new rule that would do so. It’s no coincidence that Trump gave them a shoutout in his rally in Atlanta.

she wants to fundamentally remake our system of government. at least, I assume she does, because that what Biden want(ed) to do, and she hasn't proffered any ideas of her own.

and she wants to empower Iran at the expense of the Sunni Alliance with Israel (she admitted as much last night) which is exceedingly stupid and risks plunging the entire area (further) into war.

it's not clear she appreciates the threat China poses.

and like her current boss, she favors a strategy of attrition in Ukraine. Attrition meaning, let's let the Ukrainians bleed and die, rather that providing them with the support they need to win. to be fair, the moment for winning may have passed, recent Kursk Salient developments notwithstanding.
