Valid point. Praising during a crisis and later critique can seem disingenuous, but both sides do it. It's early in the campaign. Walz has plenty of time to do the same. do you think he'll get called out by the tweet posters on the Dem side? Iive and let live as they say, although you wouldn't know that with some of the eyeliner responses the last few days lol
Walz retired from the Army National Guard in May 2005, according to the Minnesota National Guard. Typically, service members need to submit papers several months before they can retire. A National Guard article on his unit’s deployment states that it received alert orders to deploy to Iraq in July 2005, two months after Walz retired. The unit first mobilized in the fall of 2005 to Camp Shelby Mississippi to prepare for deployment, according to the unit’s history, and then deployed in March 2006 for 22 months, which the Guard said was the longest continuous deployment of any military unit during US operations in Iraq. Walz filed paperwork with the Federal Election Commission as a candidate for Congress on February 10, 2005. please keep this up MAGAts, I like winning
a look back at how Trump rally protestors are treated On Wednesday, 26-year-old Rakeem Jones was being escorted out of a Donald Trump rally by security when John McGraw punched him in the face. Jones was protesting the rally, which is why he was being escorted out by security to begin with. McGraw was charged with the assault. But he was unrepentant. “He deserved it,” McGraw told Inside Edition. “The next time we see him, we might have to kill him. We don’t know who he is. He might be with a terrorist organization.” When Donald Trump was asked about the incident at CNN’s debate Thursday night, he generally defended the attendees at his rallies. And on Sunday, he told Chuck Todd on NBC’s Meet the Press that he’s “instructed (his) people to look into” paying McGraw’s legal fees.
apparently there were a few pro-Palestine hecklers and they were chanting about genocide Kamala hit them with the “u know what” that every momma does when they’re on the phone and the kids won’t stop yelling and talking loud told them that if they want Trump to win instead who would be infinitely worse for them when it comes to Palestine, just say that
The orange one never served while Walz served 24 years. The number of folks who even hit 20 much less 24 is quite small. I don't understand how Republicans can besmirch Walz military career while trump was dodging drafts
Democrats - Initially didn't attack Vance's service as a Marine. Republicans - Trivialized Walz almost quarter century of service and ignore his work for Veterans after being honorably discharged (which also insults others who have served and were honorably discharged that weren't in a combat zone). Which party is acting in an extremist manner? Which party is being more supportive of our service men and women?
Yes retired after serving since the age of 17, and immediately ran to be a representative of his community in the House of Representatives. Was well liked by colleagues there, and served his people well without enriching himself. And Trump crew wants to deride him for this? Of course they do.
There is a reason why it isn't gaining traction. The real question is how hard do Democrats work to make it an issue in their favor.
Did Donald Trump know that Mar-a-Lago was used to recruit underage girls by Epstein? Trump seemed to be letting his former good friend Epstein have plenty of access to his facilities. Trump knew that Epstein liked them on the younger side. When asked if Trump would declassify the information the federal government has on Epstein he seemed hesitant. There is more evidence that Trump knew Epstein was a pedophile and let him have access to his facilities than the 2020 election was stolen.
It seems like it’s at the point now where one side could basically do nothing… and let the other side continue to make mistakes and dig their hole deeper.
