Right, but again, your link is accounting for total population growth. What I was specifically mentioning yesterday when Walz was announced is that MN has experienced higher out-migration with him in office. Fortunately for MN, there are other components of growth, but ideally, you're growing in all three ways, which indicates a very healthy economy.

To illustrate the difference, here's a comparison between the entire state of Minnesota and Metro Houston since 2013 (Houston has about 2M more people overall at this point):

If you notice, the last time Houston lost domestic migrants was in the mid-2010s during a significant slump in the energy industry, worst since the 80s. Not even storms like Harvey deterred people from moving to Houston, thanks to the overall job market and low cost of living. In contrast, Minnesota has seen consistent periods of higher out-migration starting around 2001, with heavy increases of that under Walz.

They were never attacks on ethnicity or gender, they were attacks on what professional politicians do... They pander and they lie.... Kamala and Walz are prime examples of this, they are exactly what we don't want or need in this country. The attacks from Trump on Kamala were very much legit and exposure to the hypocrite she is and how she plays to the crowd that will get her the W.... She has ran as both Indian and now black, is she both? Yes but where is the Indian side of it now? She would much prefer no one said anything so that black people think she is 100% black and nothing but, this creates a stronger connection to the base she absolutely needs to even have a chance.

Trump and Vance whom I have already expressed said I don't like as VP are doing exactly what politicians don't do, they say what they think even if it looks bad or there is backlash. This is what got Trump elected in the first place, there are a lot of people that think what they are saying, they don't say it but they know it. There is excitement for Kamala right now but the honeymoon period won't last forever. At the end of the day Trump should win this easily, the damage caused by Biden and Kamala was much too great. Unless Kamala decides to radically move center she will lose, even Kamala said she supported gun ownership, state laws on abortions and regaining control of the border I'd have a hard time believing her. Most Americans would too, and it just so happens that these are some of the things this country cares about. Not wokeness or identity politics...

You're missing some key details. Minnesota has always had out migration issues because its a cold weather state. This is true for all of the upper Midwest (except North Dakota due to O&G worker inflows). The Upper Midwest consistently has outward migration in the form of retirees moving to the sunbelt. And as the US as a whole ages, this is only increasing as a percentage of the population. Covid accelerated this because workers could also move to the Sunbelt due to remote working but this has always been a weather problem. The Sunbelt (especially Florida and Arizona) get the other end of this migration and get disproportionate population growth made up of retirees.

But this isn't some fundamental indictment of Walz or the DFL. This is just the reality of living in a city where polar vortexes create days with a high of -20F.

Also comparing the state of Minnesota to Houston is apples to oranges. Texas also has areas of the state that are depopulating but you're conveniently excluding those since you only focus on Houston while including Minnesota's depopulating areas (for example, the Iron Range) and trying to use that as a comparison.

I thought Trumpers were supposed to be gun guys. What is that cut-and-paste abomination of an M-60/RPG-7? LARPing about that too, I guess. Also, pretty appropriate that he's got a Russian military helicopter flying in for support.

I cant tell if this maga wanna be is insinuating something (talking about the smell) or is he just throwing out childish insults...............it's hard to differentiate at times with these maga sheep. This is why they identify with trump, they get to say there racist and idiot remarks out loud which I am fine with because it shows people who they really are

I'm one of the out-migrants who moved out last year. Lived in MN for 7+ years. After transitioning to remote work, it no longer made sense for me to remain there for a variety of reasons. That wouldn't have changed under a different governor.

So . . .. you think black people are stupid?
You really do think that don't you. . . .that black people are that ignorant and stupid . .. that is so while

More "Christians" believe Trump is a christian (he just all of a sudden became Christian)
than black people think Kamala is 100% black

I'm a migrant too. Lived in Minnesota for 10 years but ended up moving to Toronto in 2021. I certainly didn't have anything bad to say about the government and I continue to believe that when I eventually do move back to the US, I'll move back to the Twin Cities.

Dude, you are a DUMBASS. She can run as an Indian or Black. SHE IS BOTH. She didn't all of sudden become black. She went to an HBCU, She is a member of the oldest Black Sorority (AKA), she was also a member of the Congressional Black Caucus.
