He is done, America hates him - and now has a better choice, she has moved past him in the polls and will continue to move further in front, this is trending towards a Blue Tsunami. Which is what this country needs so the GOP can reset behind more reasonable people and they can put the cockroaches of their party back into the shadows where they belong...... DD
I agree she's on a honeymoon period and it will likely end. But most people don't want to return from a Harris Honeymoon to Trump. Trump isn't doing anything to bring in new voters or different voters. In fact, every step of the way he's harming his chances. If he only does half as poorly as he did at the NABJ conference. That won't sway anyone even if they are done with the honeymoon.
Not much different. Shapiro is seen as a traitor to Jews, having lost his backbone and joined the Hamas coalition. The Democratic elite have pushed out the progressive voice. Contradictions don't matter. Accusing the Democrats of going full Hamas is similar to Putin's justification for invading Ukraine, which he claimed was to rid it of neo-Nazis. Both demonstrate a lack of respect for Jews in power and a disregard for the people they are trying to convince
Republicans can only dream of having a VP pick as likeable and non-toxic like Walz. In contrast, they have JD Vance
Midwestern values, school teacher, coach, two decades in the National guard, and a man for the blue collar workers and Veterans of America being pinned as a far leftist by Trumpers is hilarious. I mean their choice for President is old cognitively declining clown who was raised on a silver spoon, spent all daddy's money on failed ventures, claimed bone spurs to get out of serving his country, spit on war heroes, spit on military Generals, and golfed his way through his last Presidency while grifting millions off the government for expenses at his resorts. He's a pathological lying con who knows nothing about serving anyone but himself. Now he's running again to avoid and delay all the trials forthcoming for his felonious acts across several states.
Veteran, pro union, coach, governor, experienced. Man seems down to earth. He doesn't come off as pretentious or fake. I think this was a good vp pick. To be honest it's doesn't take a lot to best jd vance
From the outside looking in, I think Shapiro has a higher upside but is the riskier pick. Walz is a fine choice—solid and not risky. I think Harris has run a very competent campaign. It reminds me of Obama's campaign but with a more modern twist: no leaks, no mistakes, no swinging for the fences—just solid. That said, while I’m not attached to any VP choice, I prefer Shapiro for the upside, and I thought his risk was worth it. Of course, we don’t know how Harris's team deliberated, the vetting data they have, or their internal polling. I have very little reason to doubt them given the campaign they’ve run.
Jesus christ, why are so many twitter reposts allowed? They're not facts, just opinions, you guys should just post your own opinions instead of parroting the crap of other people.
As a former resident of Minnesota, that's pretty much the thing with Tim Walz. Walz comes across as a very inoffensive The interesting bit is that Shapiro is to the right of Walz on a few issues (especially education) but because Walz is a folksy Midwestern governor that speaks in a very plain style (because he's not a lawyer) he gets coded as being moderate. Its important to note that both AOC and Joe Manchin immediately issued press statements with glowing praise for Tim Walz. He's quite possibly the most inoffensive choice for the role.
Neither hate nor worry. Just letting you guys see some viewpoints from outside your leftist echo chamber.
I've never seen him before, but he looks 10-15 years older than Kamala even though they're months apart. Feelings over the local economy will determine where PA goes.
I would like that if it were true. Maybe it is. But since the posts almost always center around the same topic or two, it comes off as maniacal obsession. That's doubly true since they are often from shallow and unreliable sources.
