You can't take that guy seriously. It's why I put him on ignore. He can't even vote. He just spams right wing rhetoric non-stop. His kids will be raised as right wing extremists.
Don't think for a second that the X partisans would've celebrated Shapiro. He's still a Democrat. For a side that's been guffawing over "DEI candidates" the last three weeks it sure seems like they wanted a VP pick based solely on that person's identity.
I’ve already said why I thought so numerous times…u can go look for them instead of putting words in my mouth
Someone is triggered by the Walz pick. I'm off to get my daily ration of Sambusas and Hummus and then back to my Minneapolis Socialist labor camp. Gotta get in a few hours of work before mandated prayer times. Excited about dinner tonight of Vegan free range tater tot hot dish prepared by a Somali Trans Chef who was a mandated DEI hire. You Betcha!
I'm sure if Shapiro was picked we would be seeing a ton of tweets about how Kamala picked him to cover her radical pro Hamas agenda and that he was a DEI hire. Also there would be calls that he is a "bad and ungrateful Jew"
“If you’re looking for balance on the ticket in terms of life experience, and who’s going to bring that life experience to the administration with a whole series of credentials in solving problems for middle class and American families, Tim Walz has a pretty damn good resume,” said former Sen. Heidi Heitkamp, D-N.D., who became close friends with Walz during the time they overlapped in Washington, D.C. She added that Walz prompts voters, particularly across the upper Midwest, to think, “Hey, I know that guy,” and to feel “a comfort level you have with a shared human experience, a shared lived experience.” Walz, a Nebraska native, enlisted in the Army National Guard when he was 17, and served for more than two decades with both domestic and overseas deployments. He later worked as a high school social studies teacher and football coach in Mankato, about 80 miles south of Minneapolis, before shifting to politics. “He’s highly capable of reaching out to and connecting with the voters in small towns and rural places in the Midwest — that’s where he’s from, that’s where he was [representing] as a member of Congress,” said Sen. Tina Smith, D-Minn. “Those are the voters that Democrats need to do better with, voters where we have to demonstrate that we understand what’s going on in their lives, and that we understand that we should be working to make their lives work better.” Central to that ability, Smith and others said, is Walz’s service in the Army National Guard — at the time of his swearing-in in 2007, he became the highest-ranking retired noncommissioned officer to serve in Congress — as well as his record in the House advocating for veterans issues. https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-election/tim-walz-kamala-harris-vp-blue-wall-rcna163436
It makes sense, as we are witnessing progressives distancing themselves from Harris due to her husband being Jewish.
thumbs up to the former football coach and teacher who has proven to be an effective messenger. He has over the past week delivered a handful of memorable haymakers against Republicans, though his most notable contribution has been a determination to label the GOP, especially its presidential ticket of Trump and Ohio Sen. JD Vance. Walz has referred to the duo as “weird dudes,” before lighting into their political agenda. The phrase has stuck, becoming a central meme in the new, post-Biden version of the campaign, a development that is delighting Democrats and apparently frustrating many on the right. During recent remarks at a “White Dudes for Harris” fundraiser, Walz made a rough-and-ready case for the vice president before would-be small-dollar donors. “How often in 100 days do you get to change the trajectory of the world? How often in 100 days do you get to do something that’s going to impact generations to come?” Walz asked. “And how often in the world do you make that b*stard wake up afterwards and know that a Black woman kicked his a**, sent him on the road?” The line was well received on the call and almost immediately grabbed headlines. For many Democrats, at least, the online virality – with apologies to Biden’s “Dark Brandon” meme – was the kind they have pined for over the past few years.
I know you like to identify as a troll, but this tweet (or xeet) is so stupid. The exact same thing could be said about Trump and refusing to deploy the national guard in DC when the Capitol was being stormed by his cult. I mean, come on lol. I'm sure everyone had their BS tweets ready for both Josh and Tim. Gotta love the immediate reactions though. Looking forward to the JD/Tim debate.
Tired, racist president pop pop was too weak to deploy the National Guard in DC during their Floyd riots and on January 6. He was also the most powerful man in the world who somehow couldn't prevent a 77 year old man with no power from rigging an election against an incumbent. Sleepy Don was in charge, but asleep at the wheel. Sad!
