If Sengun is a Charizard hopefully evolving into a mega then what is Green? Jalen Green? Regieleki? The problem with Regieleki is they don't evolve.
Have to hope for both. Both are capable. I would love for them to compliment each other better, so far it seems like their games dont mesh all that well. If they live up to their true potential and then form a legit 1 and 2 duo, we can legit be a problem for the league.
They started the streak winning like 4 games before Sengun went down. Their games might not mesh together 100%, but having one guy deadly in open court and the other deadly in half makes the Rox offense extremely adaptable and versatile.
Harden ability to perform step back 3's, forces defenders to not sag off of him. Defenders play tight allows Harden the opportunity to drive past defender and get in the paint. Harden weight allows him to absorb contact and put up a shot. Cause and Effect . Same with Jokic. Unless Sengun hits 3's more consistently at higher quantity....Sengun will remain half the player Jokic/Embiid/KAT are. If Sengun hits 3's, he draws a big defender out of the paint. Smaller player guarding Sengun on perimeter gets forced by Sengun into the post. Can be All Star level or Greater. (3 & 2 ). Jalen Green imo inconsistent shooting probably correlates with Green having to beat his defender and then tier 2 and 3 defender(s) clogging the paint are good shot blockers. If Sengun hits 3's, then Green has what Anthony Edwards has with KAT or what Jamal Murray has with Jokic or Maxey has with Embiid. Defender drawn out of the paint. Cause and Effect of Center drawing defender out of the paint is greater spacing. Jalen Green reaches All Star and Super Star level with three decent 3-point shooters and PnR lob threat or 4 teammates on the floor that can be decent 3-point shooters.
