Is that what that tweet chain is saying? I haven't opened the tweet chain but I haven't seen any other reporting on the test being released.

From wha to gather it is saying that people born this why while showing no external male genitalia would arill be male and could undergo puberty and likely have an elevated testosterone level. Testosterone to become physical advantageous has to be converted to DHT. It’s in unclear though if hormonal suppressors actually change the level of lean muscle mass though from reducing testosterone.

That might apply to the this boxer but we know little other details though about this boxer.

What is being discussed is about a claim one Russian boxing administrator and Putin lacky claimed to be on a test he won't share publicly about the woman.

The claim of her even being just intersex is not corroborated.

If they're actually intersex, they should not be eligible to compete in either division. But from the very limited and uninterested reading I did today, it's not even confirmed that they are intersex just the word of an official outside of the olympics who said they "found Y chromosomes".
If this individual is XY and but is physically a female due to a gene mutation (Swyer syndrome), then they would have absent testosterone levels.
All the other intersex conditions besides ambiguous genitalia (what the Tweet talks about) would present without a Y Chromosome.

If ambiguous genitalia, but XY, then they should compete in Mens.

But nothing is confirmed about this either.
