We were having two different conversations. Yes there are too many men that rape women in India. My point was that rape culture is a male issue - it is a problem in almost the entire world, including the USA.
Well - it is pretty clear that Israel can defend it' self. So, there is really no need for the USA to provide any aid to Israel or give it preference in selling weapons. At this point we should stay out of that region of the world. Israel should be treated as every other nation on the planet by the USA.
