    Get over Evan Mobley dude.

We we had 6'5" PJ Tucker and 6'8" Covington.

Moving on from that, drafting Mobley #2 meant Houston would probably not move up for Sengun.

212 pound Mobley would have snapped in two
1 month in. Even his dad knew this and kept
his son from working out with Houston.

    That's the reality of real.

You just know that the Rockets figured out what I've been saying for 3 years now......get shooters
ho open out the lane and Jalen Green with his
speed, leaping ability, contortion ability will carve up teams and own this league....just like he did
    in March.

Unfortunately Reed is a turnpike on defense without the contact. Unless he learns to put a hand or elbow on the ball handlers.....NBA average guards are going to blow by him.

Mobley as of now is a high end defensive role player.

Drafted to a situation where a team isn't tanking and trying to win, that ability has immediate impact and will be praised by NBA media outlets.

A high end defensive specialist drafted at number two to a tanking team would be seen as a bust because they will see his offensive numbers on a bad team and not care about "defensive impact". When you are a high draft pick on a bad team your offensive impact is more scrutinized because no one cares about someone playing good defense on a bad team.

    @Bobbythegreat

But keep on talking now, because once the season starts, Udoka or new coach will use Jalen Green correctly. Especially when Sengun sits. Lane opens up.

Not if the league office decrees the magnets get turned on for Alperen and off for Jalen, can't believe they're so racist against painted fingernails.

A lot of male celebrities paint their fingernails: (probably worth a Google)

    Johnny Depp
    Bad Bunny
    Machine Gun Kelly
    Brad Pitt
    Jared Leto
    Kurt Cobain
    Keith Richards
    Post Malone
    Seal
    Zac Efron
    ASAP Rocky
    Lil Nas X
    David Bowie
    Pete Davidson

Jalen Green wears painted nails.........(you) He's too feminine

Jalen Green is banging a lot of babes and knocking them up.......(you) He's too masculine

Excuses, excuses.....just lame excuses because we didn't draft Mobley

Prince had painted nails, acted feminine, supposedly had a long sholong, and banged
some of the most beautiful babes around......don't be jealous. BLOUSES B*TCHES.

    Get over it. https://www.popsugar.com/beauty/celebrity-men-manicures-48805609

Most definitely, if I tried to psycho analyze and figure out why youngsters do what they do?

I'd never get anything done in life.

Every generation questions the next......Elvis was seen as a threat. Gyrating on stage like that.
We just laugh at them today.

I'm just a basketball junkie that just wants to watch some good basketball.
Haircuts needed and all. That J.D. Davison kid and Anthony Black included.

Y'all want to hear something crazy?

Sheppard is going to get paid twice as much as Sengun this year.

Luck of being in a trash tier draft tbh. If he'd been in Sengun's year it'd likely be about the same.

Extension wouldn't kick in until next season regardless.

As of right now, Rockets are content to let the market set price......rather than bidding against
themselves now. Will the price be higher? Possibly. Rockets still taking that risk (at the moment)

The Rockets told his agents he's getting the max next year regardless, they just want the cap space. They aren't letting the market dictate anything. Sengun isn't DeAndre Ayton.

If Sengun goes to restricted free agency next summer....it's believed Rockets will match.

That's the market setting the price.

I've seen nothing about the Rockets saying anything of a sort on what you are saying.

    Do you have a link?

I think you are undercounting those that care about whether someone is playing good defense on a bad team.

How do people not know this still?

Tbf I didn't see the thing with the agents but it's pretty obvious what they're doing

There's still a contingent of people that think you can't win with a player like Sengun and would rather believe the Rockets are playing hardball with him.

Proof? Or is this like all the other nonsense guarantees people keep making without any basis in fact?

Let me call Stone and ask him to conduct a press conference so you can feel better about it.

Rockets said they would match any offer restricted free agent Chandler Parsons
    would receive.

Then, "The Cuban," signed him to twice as much as Ariza was willing to take.

So forgive me for saying, "I DON'T CARE WHAT THEY SAY RIGHT NOW !!"

THINGS CHANGE, SOMETIMES ACHILLES TENDONS GET TORN. not wishing injury on
    anyone......just saying things happen.

RFA doesn’t require a player to sign an offer sheet. Just like any free agent, they can sign outright with their current team, like Maxey did.

If he signs with us, without an offer sheet, is that “the market setting the price” anymore than signing an extension is?
