A lot of the criticisms being directed against Harris and reposted here I’m sure carry a lot of weight in Rightwing circles but much do the electorate doesn’t care about. I brought this up earlier but if I was the Republican strategist I would focus on going after Harris record on the border and as a prosecutor. Apparently they can’t help themselves and go after her in stuff that not only do most of the electorate not care about but will actually turn off many voters.
In 2015, Brown was found in contempt and served jail time, an incident that many believed was a publicity stunt. To avoid bar discipline, he claimed he was not healthy enough to defend himself, resulting in his law license being placed on the disability inactive list. Brown, a TV personality produced by the same team behind Judge Judy, has a history of attention-seeking behavior. It appears he's employing similar tactics now, likely aiming for publicity (he sells BBQ sauce). Given this pattern of behavior, it's questionable why anyone would take him seriously
I’m would make a similar argument to Democrats. Things like JD Vance’s supposed couch love might play well in liberal circles and for late night humor it can easily get overplayed and a distraction from issues that most of the electorate cares about.
It is counterproductive and self-defeating. Fixating on "the couch" wastes chances to spotlight the numerous bizarre, unsettling, and verifiable statements Vance has made. Furthermore, resorting to untruth undermines your credibility; people will tune you out, and you'll find yourself on the same low ground as other dishonest actors.
He goes crazy spamming stuff about Muslims, Blacks, and the LGBQT community. I have to put him on ignore all the time. It's beyond obsessive at this point. All that constant scrolling and trolling time might be best spent with your kids instead ATW.
Why do you immediately come in all sensitive calling people names? There obviously were more than what was captured in video, you can see empty seats here and there when she is speaking, and it WAS a free concert with two big entertainment stars, one being from ATL. Meg was just selling out basketball arenas on her tour, you don't think she could fill up an 8k arena? Literally exactly two months ago she sold out State Farm arena (you know, where the Hawks play) in Atlanta two nights in a row
What's your deal? This kind of racism is exactly what black women face all the time. Oh, blame the women, never the men for kids in one parent households. Call them welfare Queens, even though they actually work to get by. Call them out as sleeping their way to the top if they actually do work hard, educate themselves, and do something. Try some facts for a change. I get sick of this type racist bigotry. Among adult women, Blacks (62.0 percent) were more likely to participate in the labor force than were Hispanics (59.9 percent), Asians (59.5 percent), and Whites (57.1 percent) Among mothers living with children under 18 years old, Black mothers were more likely to participate in the labor force (77.9 percent) than were White mothers (72.3 percent), Asian mothers (70.3 percent), and Hispanic mothers (64.1 percent). https://www.bls.gov/opub/reports/race-and-ethnicity/2022/ Among Black students in higher education, women are more likely than men to earn degrees: Black women get 64.1% of bachelor’s degrees, 71.5% of master’s degrees and 65.9% of doctoral, medical, and dental degrees. https://www.aauw.org/resources/article/fast-facts-woc-higher-ed/ The NWLC reports that Black women receiving a bachelor’s degree increased by four times in 2020 compared to 44 years ago. But despite these educational gains, Black women still face a steep wage gap. Currently, Black women working part-time make $0.66 for every dollar paid to White men and those working full-time make $0.69 for every dollar. Over the course of a 40-year career, this disparity equals nearly $900,000 in lost wages, reports the NWLC. According to the NWLC, Black women working with a bachelor’s degree earn less than the average White man who has no college degree. And for Black women with juris doctorate or medical doctorate degrees? The pay gap doesn’t decrease at all compared to their White male counterparts, leading to more than $2.4 million in lost career earnings. https://chief.com/articles/black-wo...till-make-less-than-white-men-without-degrees
I like to trigger certain folks lol. But I like you, so here are some of my own thoughts, focusing mostly on her expected policies, vs. those of her opponent: Her track record is quite far left. Analyzing her voting record, she always voted for highest possible taxes, inventing more taxes, more regulation and big government. I am opposed to that. She also quite openly promotes ideologies which have positive-sounding names, but which I consider harmful. "Diversity, Equity and Inclusion" all sound like positive terms, but in practice, I see racist discrimination, unfairness and over-emphasis on race, sexual orientation/preferences, skin colour. I am fundamentally opposed to that. I am in favour of meritocracy and equal opportunity as opposed to forcing equal outcomes. She is not supportive enough of Israel, as far as I can see. She boycotted Netanyahu. She seems dangerously close to the antisemitic "squad". On a personal level, I don't find her credible. Something about her mannerisms strikes me as fake. I find the way she talks and cackles annoying. That's just my perception. She also objectively often seems to give non-sensical, rambling answers and talks like she is talking to 5-year olds. I find that weird. Now, of course, even if you agree with some of that, you might say "but what about Trump? Isn't he a worse person?" Maybe. But on balance, I will always be for smaller government/lower taxes - I believe it's better for everyone - Milei will prove it pro Israel against policies which emphasize skin colour or "victim status" over merit for a strong police and border force to ensure law and order - see what Bukele has done, it's great. Safety from crime gives people freedom to thrive. Overall, I think Kamala would do a lot of damage to the US and the world - regardless of whether she is a "nicer" person than Trump. I think she is dangerous - not because she is evil, but because her policies are wildly misguided and I would not trust her to be a strong leader in the face of adversity.
Thanks for the advice. I am a quick typer. I can keep y'all entertained with little effort. And I was literally on a Fjord 44 around Formentera with my kids while educating you.
Joe Rogan is a political commentator, not a reporter of facts. Sorry you did not understand that without it having to be explained to you.
Big difference is none of the people you mentioned were elected officials. Also Tulsi's policy aligns with the Democrats aside from being a neocon war fan like the current Dems are. There are never Trump's and moderate Republicans that go on CNN and MSNBC, so not sure why it is a big deal a moderate Democrat is on Fox Here's the think though Buck, what did Joe Rogan say there that was wrong? People often say "lol Joe rogan!" but then when you ask them what was off about what he said they can't answer it. What he said was absolutely true. The left leaning mediabisnt talking about how Gabbard destroyed Harris' last campaign with one haymaker punch. A ONE HIT KNOCKOUT. Why is Tulsi disregarded? Oh she goes on Fox News now because the Democratic party screwed her like they did Bernie because if what happened at the debate. You don't remember? >Kamala flying high in the polls, one of the top 3 candidates >Kamala has a decent first debate, keeps rising >Second debate comes, Tulsi, at the time polling at 14%, put on her boxing gloves and took a swing at Kamala >Boom Knockout >Kamala starts tanking in the polls prior to Iowa and a new debate >DNC changes the threshold to participate in the debate from 10% to 15%, cutting of Tulsi...
And you just want to defend anything the Dems push. Megs dancing wasn't well received by even some of the hardest Kamala supporters. The general sentiment is "there is a time and place and this was not it". It's okay to say Meg's performance was out of place and also support Kamala...
How republicans sound right now that an actual candidate seems to be liked They seriously have the audacity to play the "decorum" card after 8 years of nonstop, unquestioned Trump support. I could have sworn I just saw the Hulkster at the RNC.
It's okay to say that because it doesn't really matter. People that support Kamala's campaign are there to support the right to choose, the right to vote, the right to healthcare, etc. etc. Nobody went there looking for a Megan the Stallion performance. However I don't see a ton of upside from the Kamala campaign by censoring an enthusiastic supporter who wanted to entertain the audience beforehand. Just as I wouldn't think that Trump's campaign would want to censor Kid Rock when he uses curse words, is shirtless himself, and flicks off the audience. I recall you showing outrage at Kid Rock and Ted Nugent's behavior at Trump ralliesss..... oh wait you didn't do that.... That's right. Who cares.... You are really really stretching to find reasons to critique Kamala, and when you freak out about a female singer showing her belly button I personally think you come off as quite weird. If Supporters of Kamala Harris feel the same way then I think they'll get over it. In New Jersey I'm sure it'll be Springsteen or someone else. It was in Atlanta, and it was a night where hip hop was represented. Who gives a sh$t? Also again.... Let's talk about "Christian Values" and Ted Nugent and Kid Rock please. I want to learn more about how those two men are spreading the values of Christianity, and representing the teachings of Jesus Christ since you are all high and mighty today.
The economy was rolling since Obama did the hard work. Trump did his best to tank it with his COVID response. Job Creation under Trump: Net loss 3 million jobs. Biden has created 15+ million. Why does job creation improve under Democrats vs Republicans for the last 35 years? Because they are not focused on giving tax breaks to the rich/ corporations.
