Not trying to armchair this, but I was thinking Arrighetti should have been pulled after 5 before he started the 6th.

I was thinking 77 pitches thru 5 with only 1 run surrendered earned him starting the 6th -- but once a runner reached he should've been pulled.

Astros need to load manage him the rest of the season (i.e. enter games with an 85-pitch maximum count mindframe).
