Great fit on offense... bad fit on defense unless you think he can still get better in that area if you get him into Udoka's system. Going to be a max player for sure, so if you get him you're locking him in as one of our top two contracts. Which of our guys is the other max player (probably Sengun?), and who do we eventually trade because they're too expensive?

Yeah I'd be VERY worried at letting Stone trade with Ainge, so far that's been seemingly his main weak area and Ainge will do him over.
I think that’s the deal Stone would like to make. Ainge would likely insist we throw in picks and take Jordan Clarkson as well.
I wouldn't go all-in for Lauri, but I'm sure as hell glad we're in the mix because that'll drive up the price for GS or SAS. Although with Ainge at the helm for Utah I'm not really worried about any team getting him on the cheap.
Bradley Beal....Mikal Bridges....Lauri Markannen....Dejounte Murray... If they want Jalen Green 1 for 1 then fine. And even then I think Jalen Green has a much higher ceiling than Lauri Markannen. Rockets dont need to get anyone. Especially not an overpriced role player.
Jabari at age 20 drastically improved his shooting and emerged as the 2nd best defender on the team, Jalen and a late 1st is a fair value for Lauri, Jabari is off limits for him.
