I hear they don't push tips? I've never been to one.

Trump wants ME to subsidize Starbucks' and Tilman's slave labor force with untaxed tips.

Publicly traded companies, companies with billionaires asking ME to help THEM pay for THEIR employees?

    Dutch Bros ALL THE WAY.

Yall need to talk about something ELSE other than TSLA, GEEEEEZ it's old. They suck, that's the reality, it's cheap cars. I don't care if the stock isn't the company (or product). Grow up.

You see ZERO conflict of interest here?

Why is he not developing AI at Tesla? Thought they were an AI/robotics company?

Musk clearly stated he wasn't comfortable developing LLM's/AGI under the Tesla umbrella if he didn't have 25% ownership of Tesla, so my interpretation is he is going to develop xAI separately until he feels comfortable enough to merge it under the Tesla umbrella. Meanwhile, Musk has a lot more flexibility to distribute equity under xAI...giving the best AI engineers lucrative shares under xAI.

The suggested 5 billion investment from Tesla gives shareholders exposure to xAI.
Will xAI be able to compete against OpenAI, Microsoft and Meta? IDK
Is this move by Musk ethical? IDK If xAI is successful, then I am inclined to believe its a great move.

It can't be anymore unethical than what is going on between MSFT and OpenAI

Exposure to XAI benefits TSLA shareholders in what way? What is TSLA getting in return?

Since it's LLMs, he'll rip off that tracking light from Knight Rider and have Teslas crack dad jokes while fsd runs into school children.

X investment into Grok adds more value but I really don't know what Elon's plans for xai are.

I would venture to say the relation would be similar to MSFT having a stake in OpenAI. If xAI gets an absurd valuation, then Tesla reaps the benefits, both in stock and value.
