The primary role of the VP is to attack their opponents in campaigns. Mayor Pete does this exceptionally well. He also goes onto Fox News and hands them them their ass. FWIW voters who can't and won't vote for a gay VP likely already not voting for a black woman POTUS. I am fine with Kamala whether she selects Mayor Pete for VP or not. If not selected, Mayor Pete can still attack Trump/Vance and can still on Fox News. It is all good.

There are over 4 million public schools teachers in this country and Kamala is going to be the choice for most of them. They know Trump wants to take money away from them. Kamala should get the support of the Teachers Union and all the majority of women in this country.
