I just came out being very close to a long mental slide with my father in law, who passed away earlier this month from late-stage Alzheimer's. Over the weekend, my wife's uncle (by marriage) came to a family birthday party and is also suffering from Alzheimer's and is exhibiting the same dementia traits, which I recognized instantly. It makes conversations interesting because it's like there are a couple of other people talking. So, being this familiar to these ailments, I see it in Trump, and I see it in Biden. Granted, a good leader delegates and age equates to experience, wisdom and maturity. But Trump isn't a good leader by any means. And a good leader knows when to step aside.
