Biden wasn't the official Democratic nominee when he ended his campaign so his name shouldn't have been on any general election ballot. I've yet to hear any states say that they had ballots printed up. Biden doesn't have to resign his office and isn't promising to resign. He's stated he's going to finish his term and then if Harris wins she is sworn in as the 47th President on Jan 20, 2025.
I thought there was some scuttlebutt about deadlines to change the ticket/ballot in certain states. They're not printed yet obviously but it's a legal concern not a practical concern.
The scuttlebutt was that OH had a deadline for filing that was before the DNC. This has already been resolved as OH both changed it's rules and the DNC is having a virtual roll call next week to officially nominate that would be before the previous OH deadline.
I mean he is the most voted for president in history. He is so beloved. Reagan, JFK, Washington, etc., step aside because Biden is going to go down as one of the best presidents of all time with all he accomplished while in office. Sounded nothing like that phone calm to Harris either. on the call he didn't trip over any words and was smooth.

DNC had the option to use the traditional roll call at the convention but chose to stick with the virtual roll call after Ohio's rule was adjusted to have its deadline after the convention. This decision was made to avoid potential RNC lawsuits challenging the recent Ohio rule change.
The GOP is losing and losing fast but they are stacking the courts in an attempt to hold onto power.....the Dems should clean house on those courts, when in power...... No more cheating, we must win or lose on ideas, not cheating. DD

I'm hearing from a few people. I think their reactions stem from fear and anger. They’re saying that Trump was on a sure path to victory and now... not so sure. They fear losing, and with that fear and anger (over how unfair it is), some are vulnerable to theories ranging from it being all planned out to it being a coup and undemocratic.
Should it matter that the white house continuously lies to you? That the current party in charge says what ever it is they want you to believe with apparently no remorse or internal conflict? Yeah this is a small lie, but you as their supporter base fit right in with the people they have used to get power. Who cares right? Who cares Kamala hasn't gotten a single vote to be the nominee? Who cares Joe disappeared randomly for a week without any information and then just drops out, who cares they all said Biden was fit to lead and in perfect health if not better health than ever, who cares!!! No one cares.... No one cares Hunter's laptop was real, or that Russia Russia Russia was a lie.... No one cares Charlottesville was a lie or that Ashley's diary was real. What about your lying eyes?
