Large organic pasture raised eggs are running 6-9 bucks these days in Texas. That’s as premium of an egg as you can get though.
At that point, why not just raise your own? Relatively "healthier" if you're gonna go to that extreme.
I eat eggs because I like how they taste But some of the factory farming I have seen should be a crime against animals. I don't think meat is murder, and I think meat/eggs/dairy are important pillars of our diet, but I am also not a fan of the **** they do to maximize efficiency. If I can buy eggs where chickens can be chickens, or meat where animals aren't getting the **** beat of them, I'll pick that option.
Not everybody has access to land. As for the healthier comment, even if you have a decent sized back yard the soil quality in urban/suburban soil can often be quite bad as well.
So if are a dude in America , you go to any country in the world and you will be acknowledged as a dude. Let’s see Dylan Mulvaney try his stuff in Saudi Arabia see? some things are universally true
Yeah - hence he is a gullible sucker when it comes to eggs then. Inflation is real - it’s been an issue since COVID but paying $7 for a dozen eggs is being a sucker.
Who gives a **** about Dylan “cos play” Mulvaney. Like 90% of people find him creepy and a lot of those will vote for Harris.
Lia Thomas would get Sharia law if he tried swimming with girls in the Middle East Or Russia Or China but nothing would happen if he was swimming with other dudes and going naked in the locker room @Salvy @ROXRAN
I buy those types of eggs myself, albeit for less than 5 bucks a carton from a reputable local farm, but that's only because I'm lucky enough to find myself in the situation of being within a manageable drive and having the time to do so. I wouldn't call someone gullible or a sucker for spending a few extra bucks for the quality of product they prefer, especially when it comes to a product that's for consumption and has to do with animal welfare. However, I'd also agree that a person probably shouldn't be using the price as a complaint for inflation knowing it's a premium version of a product in the first place.
