Sign Paxton, trade for a guy like Sears. Give up 3 top 10 guys plus a couple of young low minors guys for Paredes. The only guy that should be off the table is Matthews. This includes Bloss.
Paredes is a 30 home run guy with 3 years of control at a reasonable price. Fills a need now and later. He's a dead pull hitter and has 16 homers now. If he was playing in MMP it's projected that he would currently have 24 homers. A perfect fit. I wonder what it would take to get Sears now that he's been lights out over the last 3 starts.
