But it was a conspiracy theory when for years several prominent politicians called out Biden's mental capabilities. people even said photos and videos were photoshopped when they were not. now it's "voters saw with their eyes at the debate, that's why". completely forgetting what the DNC has done to Bernie Sanders in 2016 and 2020, acting like they aren't capable of forcing their own chosen candidate in again. The DNC did what they wanted. It is what it is if you don't or do like kamala. We'll see if she was the right choice as the election season goes on. I don't think so. the claim that Biden was NOT pushed out by Democratic leadership is idiotic. That leadership may believe they were justified in doing so and represented the wishes of the voters, but such a decision based on polling DATA is not a decision made by voters. Sample-based polling data are NOT votes. Votes are votes. It's a little like De Niro in the Deerhunter: "This is this." I say this as someone who is glad Biden withdrew from the race. But any claim that Democratic leadership didn't force Biden's hand is, frankly, unadulterated bullshit. Sorry.
The voters that voted for Biden also voted for Harris. The only person that won't be voted on would be the new VP selection. The convention hasn't happened yet. If voters are unhappy about something they can try and get the electors to change. It isn't the normal way it's done, but it isn't unconstitucional and folks don't seem all that upset. That could change. It certainly isn't the same issue as trying to put up fake sets of electors in order to try and invalidate the voters of her opponent.
Im less interested in debating facts that can't be proven. But hey, up until a week or so ago, I guess it was Biden's double who claimed he was not stepping down. Im also quite certain these voters you speak of selected Biden to be the nominee. Who are these voters that voted Biden out? I must have missed the special recall election.

People here who are not a part of the party getting ONLINE MAD that the party does what the party is designed to do - look out for the best interests of the party by havign a bunch of elites up top making decisions about what those are - will never not be amusing to me! Maybe if you guys had good gatekeepers you wouldn't have turned your party - for an entire decade - over to a mentally declining, traitorous convicted felon who was also the worst President in history to lead you to yet another loss on his way to jail (if we're lucky). I'm confused, why are people saying that Biden was "voted out"? He stepped down on his own. He talked with others, he could have stayed as the nominee if he wished, he just listened to what everybody was saying. I do find the whining hilarious. What are you gonna do?
