in 2015 the Astros started to signal their arrival by making the playoffs and winning the wild card game vs New York. They missed the playoffs in 2016. I dont think the Texans will miss the playoffs for the next decade. If Demeco and Co. dont win a ring in that time then maybe I'll have to backtrack, but I think we will be rewarded. To answer your question yes I would agree the Houston Astros dynasty started in 2017.
Just a thought on Cam. He fits the role of a Special Teams star player who adds depth at both receiver and RB. He may have a better shot at making the team because of it.
