"Just don't break any laws!" Isn't that your energy? Why is it so hard for Trump to stop breaking laws?
They certainly don't **** 13 year old's with Epstein, or run fake universities or commit fraud on a CHILDREN's charity, or sexually assault 27 women......or call people the "N" word, or grab women by the p***y..... I mean saying Trump is like all politicians is like saying stealing a pack of gum is equivalent to murder because they are both against the law. It is just flat out bullshit. DD
My energy is its extremely hypocritical to claim you're merely enforcing the law when it comes to Trump but refuse to enforce the law when it comes to classes or groups of persons you're more sympathetic towards. People hate Trump = "the laws the law" People are sympathetic to illegal immigrants = "Well, yea, they are violating the law, but you know, that's low or no priority, it's ok, go ahead and violate those laws" It's application of prosecution and resources based on political considerations. I think it's incredibly easy to violate the law actually. Most people probably do it every day. My concern is when politically partisan prosecutors run for public office on the platform that they are going to "get" someone like Trump in the case of Leticia James or Alvin Bragg. That's lawfare.
First, there's the practical matter of enforcing the mass deportation 20m people. Again, if you have a good idea how we should do this, please share. Because apparently Trump doesn't know yet either. Second, equating the numerous crimes he's accused of (some related to compromising national security) is not the same as it Trump hopped over the border to Canada, set up a cabin lodge, kept to himself not causing a trouble, and lived for years without paying taxes. Third, yes I hold the president of the country to a higher standard than normal regular American citizens/residents. Because their responsibility is so much greater. I also expect them to be a role model, especially in character. Atleast that how I remember looking at the president back when I was in elementary school. With that said, Trump being a role model to today's kids is a scary thought.
I'm one of those people who does believe in the rule of law and I am not against the enforcement of immigration laws nor am I against the enforcement of speeding laws. The problem is that massive enforcement of either immigration laws or speeding laws is virtual impossible. It would also create much further problems. For example imagine if every freeway in every part of the country speeding laws were enforced draconically. In cases like this were laws are greatly out of touch with the ability to enforce them it's probably best to change the laws. This is why most states have dropped the 55 MPH speed limit. Even though it does improve safety and would improve fuel economy it was just impossible to enforce. This doesn't mean we get rid of laws and am not advocating getting rid of immigration laws (open borders) but it does mean we should bring them more in line with the reality of immigration and the ability to enforce them.
I 100% agree. Both Trump and Biden did not implement meaningful immigration reform in their first term. There was no will in either the Congress or the WH for it ... with one exception. What Trump did this year is to kill a bi-partisan immigration bill, on the political calculus he needed immigration to remain broken. This is Trump looking out for Trump and not the good old USA. My point remains that Trump has no plan. Since Trump has no plan, he may just run with the Project 2025 "round up the illegals into concentration camps" plan. This will likely turned into deputized SCWs in pickups looking for people who like they are from Mexico and/or have Spanish surnames and/or NeverTrumpers and/or people who are not practicing Christians (by practicing it means a version of Christianity that SCWs can abide) ... That would be a **** show for the century. The SCOTUS would likely claim the thing was legal since a R POTUS did it.
As do the employers who paid the illegals for their work ... employers who mostly are card carrying Rs ... who would be totally ****ed if immigration did gt reformed ... who vote against their own self interest ... for reasons.
The Rs be all like ... "We must elect the convicted felon in order to have a fighting chance that our laws will be upheld."
Trump used Biden's failure for his benefit but this is Biden's fault..... Biden and co had 4 years to just simply avoid immigration disasters, perhaps keep some money in the U.S that went out to Ukraine and focus on inflation. I'm conservative but if I was a Democrat I'd be frustrated how my party pretty much willed Trump back into the spotlight with these failures. The high Dems were on after Jan 6, Trump's constant rambling and delusion.... Trump shouldn't even be in this race the way things ended in 2020 but lets be honest. Some way some how Biden managed to alienate an entire country with the exception of his most faithful followers. I don't think project 2025 will ever happen, sorry but I can't.... Its too out there, it almost feels like a Hulu series type thing. Most likely Trump deports alot of people, U.S economy gets a little better as he rides off into the sunset as a champion for making America great again except he only made it a little better for us common folk.....
This will only be a bloody civil war, if the godless liberal Ds fight back. Ohio GOP state senator: 'It’s going to take a civil war to save the country’ if Dems win The whole "this country can not survive another 4 years of Biden" crowd may be heading toward a date with a federal high security detention center.
Actually, enforcing speeding laws is pretty trivial with modern technology. You just set up license plate readers and speed cameras and you can automatically mail out speeding tickets to the registered owners of the vehicles. The UK already does this on some of their roads.
this is the dude egging on the mindless drones to incite a Civil War to “save the country?” Really dude? built like the dirty clothes hamper…
