Having k-12 aged kids is relatable for voters and having a wife that looks and sounds like Brit Beshear is appealing/comforting/reassuring for voters in important communities. Swing states will be close again and getting them out there in smaller cities and towns might help you get a few thousand overlooked, on-the-fence voters that could make the difference.
