I still have this sneaky suspicion that Lane Kiffin is behind all of this.

was as low as 270 in pre market but dip buyers stepped in.
I have the IGV ETF, so taking a slight hit there..

CRWD I am not buying on the temporary bump back. I need to see how this does for a few days. The dip might keep...dipping.

Imagine dropping that post hours before the very same company implodes the internet... It's a little suspicious.

I do not have the patience to be in IT. I just went through the steps with family members to get them back up, and you need to have a lot of patience when a person doesn't know anything about PCs.

Quality... some got worse, and to generalize, it’s due to cost control, or more accurately, profit maximization.

But some also got better, and to generalize, it’s due to improved technology.

As is typical in a complex world, there are many variables at play. As is also typical in a partisan world, it's always one single thing (DEI in this case).

Haven't noticed any issues on my work PC, my personal PC, or wife's personal PC.

People have been hustling since the GFC.

Those who were rewarded still believe in that culture.

Those who don't, don't gaf about company loyalty or professionalism, esp after covid.

Anyone know how many endpoints are affected?

I would think this is going to take weeks to get to all those random machines all over..

We rely on Autodesk networks for our work and those seemed fine. Even my MS cloud services seemed to be working fine.

When I was about to go to sleep I heard about airline outages and some other stuff that made me think it was some kind of Windows hack or something on a massive scale. Then I woke up to Crowdstrike updates being the probable cause. The company that could do no wrong did one of the biggest wrongs in computing history. Yikes.
