I guess the leftists are used to being more vocal here in the D&D, so they are actually surprised when they realize that the common sense majority doesn't agree with their lunacy. I have seen it in the anonymous polls before, that there are way more reasonable (but less vocal) people reading the D&D than the leftists think.
For me, the timeline for these actions will be telling. How much time did the secret service and police have to react after getting the information of the possible shooter (from witnesses etc.)? Some reports are saying 2 to 5 minutes, and if it's only that, it could have been really hard for them to confirm the danger in time. Without total confirmation, they could have been killing first and asking questions later. But if they had much more time to ascertain the shooter and the danger, that's another story.
I suggest you try not to get your news from the Twitterverse The Secret service did NOT watch him pull a range finder and did NOT take a photo. It was the local law enforcement team that did. It's clear that a lot of things went wrong here. But to say that the man was ignored was incorrect. One person climbed up the ladder to get to the gunman, and when he got to the top, the sniper pointed his rifle at him and he let go and fell to the ground from the building height. It was after that the shooting began. It's absolutely inexcusable that they didn't have people on every roof. But scapegoating people or individuals for mistakes made by others isn't helpful.

We’ve heard a lot of times how even the threat of a weapon by a suspect leads to their death by LEO. In this case the shooter pointed his weapon at an LEO and other LEO didnt immediately fire upon him. This does raise a lot of questions about the thought processes of the LEO on scene. I’m still not trying to jump to conclusions as we are still finding out more but there are a lot of oddities anout this.
