I'm am a General Manager for a company that does corporate dining. You are voting for politicians who blame blame black women being hired as pilots because of "DEI" when a corporation like Boeing is in a scandal because they hollowed out there leadership positions from engineers to MBAs. I'm not a narcissist. My parents were wealthy immigrants from the country they came from. They were in the top .1% of wealth in the country they came from and got access to the best private schools and tutors where they could immigrate to the US through student visa programs because American universities wanted them and that was because my parents had privilege unlike 99% of the other people from the country they came from. Do you have the self awareness and humility to acknowledge your privilege?

Just to give you a soft landing to show you how a human acknowledges their privlige and not be a narcissist: My career is mechanical engineering. My parents come from wealth immigrant families where they were the top .1% of wealth from the country they hailed from meaning they got access to the best private schools and tutors from that country that later got them student visas to the S because Americans universities sponsored them. My mom has a general math major who later became a stay at home mother and my father a chemical engineer. I wouldn't have the background to do well in engineering undergrad without that background and privlige. The privileges I had allowed me to have this career.

My point is I don't respect you because you support politicians who make the day to day safety of people like my family harder. You support a political party who's go to tactic is to scapegoat groups of humans that don't have the wealth or political clout to push back in any meaningful way to make sure the working class white voter who never interacted with these groups has something to be outraged about rather than corporate executives.
You had many more opportunities being surrounded by wealth than I ever had. My family could not afford college for me. That's why I joined the Air Force and got my education from the gi bill.
