She mirrors the clowns in here. Of wow, a lefty Russian chick too. Someone needs to tell her, piston crossbows are a poor choice of weapon for selfdefense.

I am a huge fan of Attenborough. I’ve lost count of the amount of videos that I’ve watched Attenborough narrated the animal kingdom.

You don’t have to know French to follow this video. You know this damn corrupt regime knows everything about their sacrificial lamb. Don’t bother waiting for their BS investigation to come out. Trust your own eyes and ears always. A damn shooter with a freaking rifle on that rooftop, spotted by countless people to alert LEOs or SS to take him out with plenty of time before he can unload?

They have tried everything including the kitchen sink to destroy Trump. Always remember that.

It looks like there should have been better coordination all-around and eyes fixed on him. At which point was an actual gun spotted in his hands, and how much time between that point and him firing his gun?

They have plenty of time to take him out. They just did not want to leading to the question on everyone’s mind: WTF?

Stunning new details from @CBSNews on how secret service snipers noticed the shooter before the Trump rally in Butler, PA on Saturday.

There were three snipers stationed INSIDE the building the shooter was on, according to a local law enforcement officer with direct knowledge.

One of the snipers inside saw Crooks outside looking up at the roof observing the building and then disappeared, according to local law enforcement.

Then Crooks came back, sat down and was looking on his phone and at that point one of the snipers took a picture of him.

Then Crooks took out a range finder and the sniper radio-ed to the command post. Crooks disappeared again and then came back a third time with a backpack. The snipers called in with information that he had a backpack and said he was walking towards the back of the building.

Officers believe that Crooks might have used an air conditioning unit to get on top of the roof.

By the time other officers came for backup he had climbed on top of the building and was positioned above and behind the snipers inside the building.

Two other officers who heard the sniper’s call came and tried to get onto the roof.

State police started rushing to the scene. But that time a secret service sniper had already killed Crooks, according to the law enforcement officer.

The officer said also Crooks had an IED in his pocket in addition to the explosive materials in his car.

Questions remain about HOW this was possible that several law enforcement officers had eyes on the shooter before and reported his behavior... yet this still happened.

On Friday, Thomas Matthew Crooks visited the Clairton Sportsmen’s Club and practiced firing shots, a law enforcement official told CNN.

The club is about a 25-minute drive from the Bethel Park home where Crooks lived with his parents, the outlet noted.

Crooks’ father, Matthew Crooks, was also a member of the club, and the pair enjoyed going shooting there together, law enforcement said.

The club’s rifle range is about 200 yards long, CNN reported – longer than the distance between Crooks and Trump when the former fired on him from a rooftop the following day.

On Saturday morning, Crooks bought 50 rounds of ammunition at Allegheny Arms and Gun Works in Bethel Park.

After his stop at the gun shop, Crooks went to a Home Depot, where he purchased a five-foot ladder. A receipt for the ladder was later found in his pocket.

Crooks drove his Hyundai Sonata one hour north to the rally at the Butler Farm Show grounds, where thousands of Trump supporters gathered to see the former president’s speech ahead of the Republican National Convention in Wisconsin.

He was clocked by cops at least twice 26 minutes before the shooting, when he was able to scale the roof of a nearby manufacturing plant unchallenged.

At 6:11 p.m., Crooks fired several shots from about 130 yards away from Trump – grazing the former president, killing one rallygoer and injuring two others – before he was shot and killed by the Secret Service.

He used an AR-style rifle that was registered to his father. The weapon – as well as the over 20 other guns registered to Matthew Crooks – was purchased legally.

Investigators found an explosive device in Crooks’ car and a transmitter on his body, suggesting that he may have intended to stage a distraction during the shooting.

The Bethel Park High School graduate’s phone yielded little evidence, and even his laptop showed typical online activities, including an interest in gaming and coding, CNN said.

Matthew Crooks – who called the police sometime Saturday to report his son and his gun missing – and the shooter’s mother have cooperated with law enforcement, sources said.

Both parents indicated that Crooks did not appear to have friends and did not have any obvious political allegiances – though they were also somewhat clueless about recent developments in his life, law enforcement told CNN.

You know why he hasn’t reached out … you have said it before, he is a self serving narcissist. Those not drinking the Koolade will support him because of his policy positions and hope he doesn’t go too far off script… which I can get. Some policy positions make it where we have strange allies.

In her first network interview since the assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump, U.S. Secret Service Director Kimberly Cheatle said that the Pennsylvania rally shooting was "unacceptable."

"It was unacceptable," she said in an interview Monday with ABC News Chief Justice Correspondent Pierre Thomas. "And it's something that shouldn't happen again."

When she first learned of the shooting, Cheatle said she was “shocked” and “concerned” -- both for Trump and for the Secret Service agents who responded to the incident.

"It was obviously a situation that as a Secret Service agent, no one ever wants to occur in their career," she said.

As the head of the agency, Cheatle said it's her responsibility to investigate what went wrong and make sure nothing like it can happen again.

"The buck stops with me," she said. "I am the director of the Secret Service, and I need to make sure that we are performing a review and that we are giving resources to our personnel as necessary."

Cheatle responded to reports that the suspect was seen and identified as potentially suspicious before he opened fire, saying that "a very short period of time" passed between then and the shooting.

"I don't have all the details yet, but it was a very short period of time," she said. "Seeking that person out, finding them, identifying them, and eventually neutralizing them took place in a very short period of time, and it makes it very difficult."

Cheatle also said that local authorities were tasked with securing the building where the alleged shooter fired the shots before being taken out by a Secret Service sniper, and confirmed that local police were present inside the building while the shooter was on the roof.

"In this particular instance, we did share support for that particular site and that the Secret Service was responsible for the inner perimeter," Cheatle said. "And then we sought assistance from our local counterparts for the outer perimeter. There was local police in that building -- there was local police in the area that were responsible for the outer perimeter of the building."

Cheatle said she has reached out to Trump but has not yet spoken with him.

In the days since the attack, Cheatle and the Secret Service have faced heightening scrutiny for failing to prevent the incident from happening, and even calls from some to resign.

Cheatle said she would not resign from her role.

She reiterated, as other officials have said, that there is “no truth” to the rumors the former president’s detail asked for more resources.

The decision to take out the shooter, she said, was a “split second decision” the agent made while perched on the roof.

“They have the ability to make that decision on their own. If they see that it's a threat and they did that in that instance," she said.

"And I applaud the fact that they made that decision and didn't have to check with anybody and thankfully neutralized the threat."

"I'm being told that the shooter was actually identified as a potential person of suspicion. Units started responding to seek that individual out," Cheatle told ABC News. "Unfortunately, with the rapid succession of how things unfolded, by the time that individual was eventually located, they were on the rooftop and were able to fire off at the former president."

She said the Secret Service was aware of the security vulnerabilities presented by the building Crooks took a sniper's position on to aim at Trump. However, a decision was made not to place any personnel on the roof.

"That building in particular has a sloped roof at its highest point. And so, you know, there's a safety factor that would be considered there that we wouldn't want to put somebody up on a sloped roof. And so, you know, the decision was made to secure the building, from inside," she said.
