Again begs the question... If cops are climbing ladders knowing a suspected shooter is up there. How does SS not know? They are tied in to the same radios as they work together. It just gets weirder and weirder.

It’s early but to me it’s starting to look like they’re not trying to protect Trump the way it should and must be. It makes you think that this is a deliberate act from the top. The hands of God saved Trump this past Saturday.
The possibility certainly cannot be ruled out. And now there's funny business about not being able to gain access to the shooter's phone. This would have been the most ideal time for the Administrative State to take out Trump. Prior to his VP pick being selected -- there would have been no natural successor to the political leadership role that Trump occupies. Nikki Haley, a favorite of the endless-war government agents, could have been put forward... or a lesser candidate who might have lost to Biden. Remember, there are no coincidences in politics. This could very well have been a setup -- and few people trust the same DOJ that is still trying to imprison Trump for life... to run a fair investigation of this attempted assassination. But thank God Trump avoided the bullet.
What should the top have done differently to avert this attack? It appears the attacker was a lone wolf with no social media presence or signals that he was capable of this. Do you think the amount of SS personnel assigned to Trump was insufficient? Was anyone saying this before the attack happened?
I think Vivek makes the most sense. He backed Trump the most in the primaries and the base likes him. He’s young, intelligent, has great energy and is a minority which I think is a plus. Trump has to go for someone that isn’t attached to the old Conservative Party. We need an independent/slight conservative thinking player in case the assassination is tried again.

I like Vivek. JD Vance is almost the same age -- both are under 40 y/o. Now that Trump is the big favorite to win the race, someone like Glenn Youngkin could now make sense. The VP role could position him well for 2028 when the field will be wide open and big.

I have insight on it. My dad is a Texas State Trooper, as is my brother. There Lieutenants are heavily tied and directed to the SS on these visits. They are briefed where to be, when to be there etc. It is extremely organized. These moments are crucial. People are letting their guards down. Especially state police as its largely the first time they are involved in such things. They understand the ramifications of these political figures being gunned down. Communication was not had by SS to the Troopers to protect line of sight roofs. Its a massive intelligence failure or an undercover assassination attempt by our government. Its a coup or gross negligence. Whatever you want to call it. Somewhere Logic has to smack people in the face so they can wake up.
