Man, that Yoda reveal when I was a child was so much fun. Lucas totally had me duped. And then he whacked me over the head with the Vader. All in the same movie. Good stuff. Not even the adults saw it coming. There was a lot more naivety back then and it was good.
Bro, Chidi was the ultimate sleeper build! Nobody knew he was packing pecs like that. I was shocked! Pause.
A good point, Osha actually got the upper hand on the Sith and did it un-armed. Rae failed at the assassinations. So that was exactly what the Sith Lord was looking for. An apprentice who thinks outside the box and breaks the rules, whose anger got her thrown out of the Jedi training, one who is willing to turn her back on her own sister, and one who will soon be let down by her Master Sol and turn on him. The only thing is everyone knows the twins are more powerful together than separate, which is why I thought that the Sith asked the witches to create them both in the first place, and why Sol and the Jedi let Rae "die"... so as to keep them separate and controlled so they let an innocent die and covered it up. The one problem is that Osha has never shown fear. And Fear leads to the Darkside.
Wanted to see what happened in this episode. Instantly regret it. What they needed to do was focus on the Sith Dude for all 8 episodes. He's at least been interesting.
This is the first show I've hate-watched in a long time. Episode 3 was super boring so of course we have to spend another entire episode in the same flashback. Kelnacca in action was kind of cool but everything else was boring. Everybody is stupid, especially poor, homesick Torbin. But so is Sol, so is Mae, so are the witches. Showrunner said something about things they wanted to do in a season 2. You know that's not going to happen, so expect unresolved "plot" threads in the finale.
They made this pile of garbage yet it’s been 5 years after the blade announcement and they can’t make a script for it @Salvy @Jontro
Prospective equals one’s truth. Half truths are misinformation by omission are not lies but manipulation truth. All truth is solid and true no matter how much is given. What happens is interpretation drawn from one’s own experience and nothing is absolute because we are all different. This is what is being taught in these episodes. Overall, different than what Star Wars was originally about. It is watchable only because I am the same 6 years ago kid from ‘77 that collected, played and watched it for a lifetime. The discovery, disappointment and joy are all present in every viewing over the years.
I don’t think so, those days have come and gone. However, The nostalgia is still there even though it is obviously tainted. I will watch anything they put out trying to chase my youth, I guess. That Wookie Jedi exceeds expectation.
