Layout the case for Donald Trump, since we have seen what he did as President. I am struggling to find a case for him to be given a second term. What am I missing? Obama built his economy, as was the lower unemployment rate (it only went down 1 full percentage point from Obama left office), before COVID. Biden's economy has been a MUCH BETTER job creator. Trump's response to a crisis (COVID) was LACKING, even though he did something right (getting the vaccine infrastructure up and running). His sending out checks to everyone was nice, but it was a big part of the later inflation. If he had responded better with the Defense Production Act, it could have avoided some shortages...which were a big part of driving up inflation. Building a wall (which Mexico never paid for) is not an immigration strategy. His tax cuts target the rich, hence, himself.

Trump's only motivation for another term is REVENGE and to protect himself from criminal prosecution. Tell me where I am wrong?

Who the **** is Biden and who is pippettering him?

At least people can exercise democracy on one end. Like the dems like to say democracy is at stake…just not for the candidate they thought

It sounds like you already have your answer. I clearly can’t give you one other than correctly reframing this as not trump vs Biden but Trump vs corporate interests/mega donors

why are you wasting yours and everyone’s time? You don’t want to vote for him then don’t. If you rely on others giving you a reason on a message board you shouldn’t be voting

I think what folks on the left aren't realizing is that the tables have turned: a vote for Trump now in reality has become a vote for Not-Biden

Axelrod says Biden is ‘not winning this race’

    https://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/4758623-david-axelrod-joe-biden-losing-2024-election/

    excerpt:

“If you just look at the data and talk to people around the country, political people around the country, it's more likely that he'll lose by a landslide than win narrowly this race,” Axelrod continued. . . .

LOL, good luck with many honest answers to that. Some of those people in here deny being pro Trump, yet continue to defend him. Some are absolutely brainwashed by conspiracy theories, propaganda, and rightwing media, and some are for a far right extremists in beliefs, so they want a far right guy, even if he's a psychopath. None of the guys I've seen defend him care if he's a felon, unethical and not trustworthy, a coup planner, rapist, compulsive liar, white collar criminal, foul mouthed narcissistic pig, or complete dumbass.

If you’re wealthy he’ll guarantee to protect your interests. But if you’re not, he’ll guarantee that you’ll own the libs.

He’s deeply religious and a good Christian?

Okay, I’m not a Trump supporter. But, I’m taking a guess at what some of them might say.

Whatever happened to platforms? If you're a Democrat, you vote for Biden's old ass. If you're a Republican, you vote for Trump's old ass. At this point, the platforms either are or are at least perceived to be so different that a voter shouldn't even care whose names are on the tickets. But it's to the point now where people only care to believe themselves above the people voting against their candidate.

Again, no reasons for Trump. Trump did less than Obama AND Biden with immigration policy. A border wall is not a policy, it was a STUNT. Real solutions are needed. I want to hear what Trump has a solutions....

With a Trump election, I look forward to a much friendlier business environment. IDGAF if he lowers corp taxes or not. He will open up M&A's and allow businesses to grow. I hope he starts starving the MIC and funneling that money to the Space Force.
