    not sure its an actual delay, just doing a bunch of extra festivities for Canada Day, which is today in this is in Toronto.

    They have been recognizing soldiers, had a band play, and they just wrapped up the national anthems after bringing out a giant Canada flag.

    ahh ok. so the time start was more of a nba game start (7:30 start but jump ball ain't until 7:40).
