When did he replace his Mom-ager?? Was it the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd trade? I know she was sick... I pray she is ok
I believe he hired these guys last year when he was trying to get the hell out of Philly. I remember he did the same while with the Rockets.
Holy **** only 35M a year? For that price I would have worked a sign and trade and brought back Harden for FVV.
I rather pay Harden 35M than FVV 40M. He can sign a 4 year 35/M imo he is still gonna be worth that when max contracts for players can reach 65M.
With George gone, his scoring will go up a bit. He worked better with just Kawhi than having both Kawhi and George to defer to
Both are stopgaps. I'd rather have FVV even though he isn't as talented because I don't trust Harden's influence on young players on and off the court.
I have never been a bit Paul George fan He seems like TMac to me . ... in that he should be better than he is When Kawhi was down . . . .Everyone did (and should have) expected PG to do most of the heavy lifting he didn't. In the Mavs series Harden was the second best player on the Clippers look at the stats: In the Close out game PG 18 pts 11 rebs 5 asst 2 to HArden 16 pts 7 rebs 13 asst 1 to Not HORRIBLE but not good for the 1st or 2nd option I won't say Harden had a stellar game point production wise but I didn't expect him too. Playoff P ain't never been a thing IN FACT - For the Mavs Series PG - 19.5 pts 4.8 assist 6.8 rebs 36.7% from 3 84% from the Stripe Harden - 21.2 pts 8 assit 4.5 rebs 38.3% from 3 90.6% from the Stripe Rocket River
Even the clippers media guys see it People treat harden stans like they are Russ Stan’s lol. Harden are not that delusional, if harden played at the level Russ has the past 5 years their is no harden fan to my knowledge that would defend him like Russ Stan’s defend Russ now
EVEN THIS YEAR - I am wondering how people think PG13 is better than Harden What *EXACTLY* does PG13 does sooooo much better than Harden Defense? I dunno there was a gap at one point but now . . .not so much Rocket River
Damn hit pieces https://sports.yahoo.com/nba-free-a...e-summer-starring-james-harden-155029267.html He right doe
Harden's legacy is going to end up having nothing to do with basketball. The guy is an absolute master at weaseling his way out of situations he doesn't want to be in, and then playing just good enough when he has to so that he can keep signing massive deals. It's absolutely remarkable.
2019-20 (68 games): 34.3 PTS (44/36/87), 7.5 AST, 6.6 REB, 2.7 STL/BLK 2020-21 (44 games): 24.6 PTS (47/36/86), 10.8 AST, 7.9 REB, 2.0 STL/BLK 2021-22 (65 games): 22.0 PTS (41/33/88), 10.3 AST, 7.7 REB, 1.9 STL/BLK 2022-23 (58 games): 21.0 PTS (44/39/87), 10.7 AST, 6.1 REB, 1.7 STL/BLK 2023-24 (72 games): 16.6 PTS (43/38/88), 8.5 AST, 5.1 REB, 1.9 STL/BLK $70M for a player in steep decline. A very Clipper type move
Probably has same win share as Paul George who is getting twice as much per year for FOUR years while being same age as harden AND being more injury prone. So much hate in here. Ffs
Seriously. I laugh when everyone complains how washed Harden is and how PG13 is some kind of savior Philly has other better peices so they may make some noise this year but I expect PG13 to be PG13 Rocket River
You make it sound like winning regular szn games is easy lol the rockets probably thought that too once harden left. Hopefully we get back to the postseason this yr
