The Rockets shouldn't really be looking to bring in any FA's, they need to find a trade to shrink their roster and dump dead weight like Tate, Brooks, Landale, and Jalen.

I'm cool with giving him a bit of time, but they do need to find some trades before the season just to make the roster more manageable. When you have that many quality players, you can't have so much chaff. If they only moved Brooks and Tate, I'd still be happy.
Doesn't really help the Rockets with the roster crunch though. He'd probably want to play but you'd have FVV and Sheppard ahead of him. I'm not sure I really even want to bring players back that aren't stars or expiring contracts.

One roster spot open, zero minutes. Looking at our depth, the one position that is thin is PG. If Fred gets injured we don't have a vet facilitator. Holiday was a good shooter/scorer for us, but he isn't a natural passer. Ish Smith anybody?
So fine with Coby White who is going into 6th season who really hasn't done much until last year cause half the roster was dead by giving up on Jalen Green after 3 years where 2 seconds don't count cause of worst coach in the NBA coached him? So overpay then patience is ur logic? Just wondering
Have the Rockets officially picked up Jeff Green this coming season? I know the Chronicle said that was their intention but Keith Smith just said there was no confirmation yet and I've seen no tweets about it.
Tyus Jones...I think other teams are bigger fans than me, but would try to get him for MLE to give a vet backup PG while Rockets see what they have in Reed. Aaron Holiday...not a sexy pick, but could do a Landale like contract with a lot of non guaranteed years. I think Rockets will hold most of MLE though and see who they can get in a trade.
We need to clear up minutes we need to trade Tate, uncle green and Jalen green. I’d keep brooks and jock.
