Springer had 39 while as an Astro. The combined amount would be nearly the amount of Ricky Henderson, who holds the MLB record with 81.

Altuve has averaged about 7 per year. If he keeps up this pace for the next 4 years, that's 67, easily 2nd best all time. He would have to keep this up through his age 40 season to pass Rickey.
