Trump Coward Watch, version infinity: Will he show up to debate??

We can debate the economy but what is at stake with this election is a lot bigger than the economy. Our democracy is at stake. If trump gets back in you can kiss our democracy and a lot of things we take for granted goodbye. If trump gets back in you are going to see renewed chaos, tax cuts for billionaires, increased inflation, and near certainty of at least a recession if not something a lot worse. It will be a bloodbath on many levels that we have never seen before.

 

No comment on Biden getting older. That's natural.

But he lied A LOT. From no soldiers being killed to Charlottesville. And everything in between, even his 6 or 8 handicap.

 

That maybe true but what actually matters is the economy.

The economy is what influences peoples votes the most and by a large margin and always has.

That's why the famous saying, "It's the economy, stupid" exists.

Cost of living is going to sink Biden like a 1500 pd weight going to the bottom of the ocean.

 

I didnt watch but caught the highlights right afterwards. Trump was trump, lies and lies but Joe was off, they say he had a cold but he just looked like he was so much older then just a few months ago.......................I will still never vote for trump but that was not a good look and Joe

Of course Trump lied but that's not the issue we know he does that pathologically. No one's mind has been changed, Biden came out looking weak, old, and frail while Trump had more energy but rambled on never really answering the questions posed. I'd vote for a bottle of cognac that a homeless person pissed in before I'd ever back Trump.

 

Keep telling yourself that. Losing our freedom and having to bow down and kiss the ring of an authoritarian quasi dictator like trump is a lot worse than economic issues.

People can say what they want. Last night was comical from all points. That golf argument was one of the weirder exchanges you will ever see.

Every American is seeing what I’m seeing. Car/home/health insurance is going up drastically. Goods at the grocery store have gone up. The cost of living has gone way up.

To sit here and say you want to keep the same person/party in office for which this has happened is just admitting you shouldn’t vote. Does going 4 more years make this problem better or worse? That should be your answer.

 

I’ve been saying this for awhile in here. When it comes to Joementia, age is not the issue, he is really sick and that power hungry wife of his is committing elder abuse right in front of our eyes. Sad and dangerous for America. Who is really fuucking running the country?

 

Both participants were the worst ever in different ways.

Trump was the worst ever in not caring an ounce about reality. Literally calling every claim as "the best ever" or "the worst ever".

Biden was the worst ever in attempting to look alive.

For the office of president id rather have a corpse than a fascist.

That's basically my take.

It's a sad state of affairs. I'm most pissed at the DNC for forcing Biden on us. I can't be disappointed in the Republicans. I expect them to be fascistic.

 

That exchange about Golf is a low point in America.

I can't believe Biden tried to go down the gutter with Trump by bragging about his golf score also and not in a comedic way.

 

All of the concerns from 2020 seem to be legitimate now re: Biden's actual faculties.

That being said, 98% of the President's job is hiring people that hire people and signing things.

The other 2% is representing the Country and their party in various capacities.

That being said, getting old is not a character flaw.

Trump is also clearly in cognitive decline but also an embarrassment and liability for a whole host of other reasons.

Fair or not, the Democrats are crossing the "completely unserious" Rubicon that the Republicans crossed in 2016 by keeping Biden on the ticket.

I don't know how bad things are going to have to get before people realize we have a broken system that keeps giving us these awful non-choices.

 

I'll admit it's more of a power waddle than traditional walking but it still counts.

If conditions were in dire straight as you are alluding, your fanatical team would have never let Biden run for a 2nd term.
First you claim its more about the 'fweedom' and democracy than economics, but you can't explain why democracy is at risk, despite having 4 years of Trump already.
Second, everything you describe IS THE ECONOMY.
Third, everything you described in your economical doom scenario is projected as a soft certainty, regardless who wins.

I suspect the stock market is going to make a nice little jump here in 30 minutes knowing the odds of a Biden presidency is in the gutter. The only people who want BIden is the 'Anyone but Trump' crowd that lost the election in 2016.
