As a matter of fact, last week when the news about Clingan being the #1 pick came out, Houston started threatening to trade down more. I don't even think they want him. It's almost like they're being bullied into doing so.

For sure, I'm just reporting the facts on how undersized he is. I'm not at all worried about him being a great shooter, that's a given. I just think he has way more of an uphill battle than any of our other youngsters to even get to average starter level in the NBA. His skill set is SG but he's undersized for a PG, and he doesn't have the handles or athleticism that'd make up the difference to be a starting PG. Shooting touch isn't the only thing in the world, especially if you're tiny and slower than everybody guarding you (even worse if he's a 2 guard.) Thankfully, all he'll need to do to meet my expectations is be open and hit the shot. I don't need much else from him tbh, I don't imagine he's going to play massive minutes.

The guy with a 42" vertical and 10:96 agility is not athletic. Right. That makes sense. And I watched that agility drill, this is no weekend warrior straining for his best time. The guy is fairly quick.
