It is possible that if Sarr fell, he could start at some point this season over Jabari.... but I have the odds of him being that good really, really low. I don't expect a jump from Jabari, just steady growth. Everyone else in the draft I think has a roughly zero chance to start for this team unless someone goes down. And really, only Fred or Sengun going down would elevate a rookie into the starting lineup over all our young guys. SG/SF/PF is just too deep for this team. Maybe. Maybe Jalen Green starts at PG and probably Tari/Jabari/Adams 4/5. If we could get Jalen Green to bring the ball up the floor and throw a pass into Sengun in the first 8 seconds of the shot clock, that would be pretty effective pg play for us. Simple too. But if we draft Sheppard, I think he starts if Fred is out, and we're 20+ games into the season. There are probably a lot of point guards in the draft that could quickly become our backup PG. Collier, Dillingham, Carter, McCain. Topic is more of a project but could be there at the end of his first season, dunno if he plays this year with the ACL.
The Spurs are going to beat us to a twin towers attack while we're here goofing around with Sheppard and being all starry eyed with Senguns stats. They could trade up for Sarr, Clingan or just take Edey with that #8 pick. If this happens Rockets are done for the next decade at least. Pray for Sarr and Carter!!!

This clip is good too. If you're seeking to see if Sengun and/ or Green are "1A" stars then you have put those 2 in the best situation. ie You can't do that by drafting someone who needs another 4 seasons to reassemble his shooting . On topic,
