Yes, he met Batman after Justice League, IIRC. In the Snyder cut he also pretended to be Martha Kent to chat with Lois Lane.
They’re still doing Kang? I haven’t seen S2 of Loki so Idk what happened to him there, but I thought he was done in general due to Jonathan Majors? They recasted this dude or something?
Don't try to EXCITE Tinman. A STRAIGHT, WHITE MALE, LEAD. Played by a former "sexiest man alive". With the power to shrink to gerbil-size and go inside tinman's butt?
Iron Man 1 and to a lesser extent Captain America 1 made me want to watch the first Avengers movie. Winter Soldier got me psyched for Age of Ultron (what a letdown). Civil War, Dr. Strange, Ragnarok were all excellent lead ups to Infinity War/End Game. Everything on this Avengers 5 poster that I have seen has been putrid Disney+ miniseries that led absolutely nowhere and were total waste of time. Why would I want to revisit this movie universe? There's a Loki season 2? Lol I didn't even know.
Deadpool & Wolverine trailers show the TVA is at the center of that plot. Bet they do something there to marginalize him and pivot.
Yeah, Kang is definitely part of the overall multiverse/soft reboot plot and will be recast. They've already shown that people can look different in different realities in the MCU. But they will probably minimize his role or possibly shunt him to the background so they can use him again in 10 years. Too good a character with too big an impact on the Marvel comics to kill off.
it's also the only way they can recast blek panther without getting us blm upset. better than the alternative of having blek shuri take the mantle again.
It will be ‘over’ after Avengers 6 (Secret Wars). I think Disney is just cutting through the bullshit and fast tracking the soft reboot so they can get all of the Fox heroes in the same sandbox and move forward.
They showed people can "look different" (ie be recast) as early as Iron Man 2, when Terrence Howard wanted too much money.
Gimme Dr Doom and Galactus and the Silver Surfer etc.... I don't need 17 different universe(al) versions of Sue Storm.
