    An NBA playoffs so bad that Barkley said to heck with this stuff.

    I honestly think it played a role. However much he might enjoy cutting up with Kenny and Shaq, there's not much to say about the product on the floor right now.

    Kinda strange that in the exact same 0-3 hole the Mavs were in and responded with a blowout win at home, the Oilers did a carbon copy of that last night vs Florida, winning 8-1.

    I would actually watch if they did the following:

    take the trailing team in each series and make them play the other sport.

    So Mavs have to put on skates and play Florida. And the Celtics get to play Edmonton, but those guys dressed in basketball shoes and shorts, trying to play hoops.

    So you'd think then both series would end, but it would be super entertaining. (Having Taylor Swift at an NFL game would pale in comparison to the NBA-NHL cross-marketing violence.)

    EDIT: And as a bonus, Luka would probably lose at least a couple of teeth as every member of any decent hockey team would enjoy checking him into the boards at every opportunity.

    i dunno hockey but don't they have 1 on 1 penalty shootouts? would be flames if the nba did that with a dunk off with a defender in place of free throws
