I suspect the gun manufactures won't care who buys their guns. Heck... addressing "fear" is probably the gun sellers' biggest market. I also suspect every time someone gets away with a "stand your ground" shooting gun sales goes up.
Not punishing people like this is asking for irresponsible gun owners to shoot into the darkness because they heard a sound or something absurd. Why does society have to be like this? Punish these ****ers. Society has to know this is unacceptable.
California ammunition background check law struck down in Federal District Court Californians don’t have to pass a background check every time they buy bullets, federal judge rules https://apnews.com/article/californ...round-checks-3e67fefa928f5228ead332c7fe18f3cd
let's start with the full sentence for Hunter . . . put his money where his mouth is, you know, like Kirk Douglas from the Tales of the Crypt episode "Yellow"
It is his first offense, he won't get full sentence, unless you want Trump to spend 50 years in prison as well. DD
Personally, I think background checks should be much stricter, and all loophole laws taken away completely. My guess is that there are millions of gun owners, who lied on their forms and do drugs. That, and those who purchased them under loophole laws to avoid the background checks. Then you have a huge population of legal gun owners who are heavy drinkers, have anger issues or violent tendencies, or are mentally ill, who still clear background checks and qualify to purchase guns. It's scary to think about. But, give em bump stocks, sell 'em AR-15's, and justify the reasoning in today's world. This country isn't like it was when it had 0.11 percent as many people and guns in it. We have a hell of a lot more druggies, alcoholics, violent people, and mentally ill walking around with guns.
I've seen you use this factoid twice in the past couple of days, and both times your math has been wrong: the U.S. population right now is 333.3 million. In 1790 the pop as you say was 3.9 million . . . or approximately one percent of what it is today, give or take.
Bump stock. Since we live in America - I can assure you nobody has conveniently or otherwise forgotten about the fact that one group of actors - the people who put AR15 in their kids hands for their Christmas cards - have made gun violence by civilians armed with military weapons to be the ultimate expression of self. Hopefully people remember that in November. I certainly remember it with every active shooter drill.
If it was a school shooting, people would be talking about "mental health ' and the need to arm teachers. Anyhow you're really owning these people Continuez!
Well, since the shooter was killed within seconds of attacking because there were armed people present to protect, it certainly seems like having armed opposition to shooters worked in this instance.
