Hamas is going nowhere - they may be called something else, but Israel and the region being free or Palestinian "freedom fighters" and Islamic fundamentalists will only see more recruits and more support as a result of all of this. This isn't a situation where you kill everyone in Gaza and the problem is gone. There are a number of countries that can easily house "freedom fighters" knowingly or otherwise. All of this also has only galvanized more moderate Muslims in the Middle East that now will be more extremist. Pick a country - Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Jordan and even further away nations will have "freedom fighters" in them that will be a threat to Israel. This is a situation where extremists on both side of the Israel/Palestine issue have beneffited.

It sounds like the people who were assigned to holding her hostage were indeed right - she was lucky it was them and not someone worse. They were still hostage takers though. I would assume she has a right to a certain level of privacy with regard to what happened to her.
No doubt that she was still a hostage and had no idea what would happen to her. It just sounded odd for her to complain that they did not knock on her door when they wanted her to clean the house. Very surreal.
Hamas is going to Hell actually but beyond that the true goal needs to be the deconstruction of the gazan government which is Hamas/ that is how Israel can help stop the educational control of children to hate Israel- I'm so tired about hearing according to Hamas - Gaza can be controlled- it's a extremely landlocked territory with dwindling fighters of age, a regression of tunnel capability and a reproductive capacity that is lacking to reproduce what they lose in addition to the hospital ineffectiveness all thanks to the government which of course is Hamas- you take out Hamas ability to govern and breakdown the process and wipe out the fighting force then the next step is a unopposed governmental entity that would be willing to coexist with Israel and not conduct Oct 7 everyday the way the current government of Gaza (Hamas) hopes for
I've called out a lot of Iranians that are indeed very brave and often wished to see the same from gazans - I'm proud of them for standing up to the rotten government, but I didn't see a lot of Gazans that did this but it's so good to see this particular example- this was needed and is why Hamas as a government entity in Gaza needs to be destroyed - there are good people there and this is an example- They deserve better than Hamas
Gaza is going to ultimately be absorbed into Israel - with finances from Jews across the world, and with new Jewish settlements. The issue is going to be the level of radical Islamists that will be born out of all of this. Israel is not only bordered by various countries with governments - it also is going to have to deal with numerous Islamists that are motivated by the current war and eventual land grab... and that is only going to cause more instability in the Middle East.
Gaza can be controlled. The ghettos in Germany were controlled with an iron fist. But with that control comes resentment, hatred and radicalization while under said control.
