Yes. You realize that as a human you can make choices, good and bad. It's called free will. And you can choose to be a decent person, even when someone is trying to convince you to be otherwise. And when you choose to be a POS, you are still responsible for your actions, even when others were actively trying to convince you to go that direction. That's called accountability and it's far too rare these days. I like to think 99% of the people on this earth would not have done what Bauer did, no matter how much those others tried to convince him. The lack of character is still there.
