    Gaza is in ruins. From healthcare and universities to homes and schools, no institution was left undamaged during Israel’s ongoing war of retribution against the entiretiy of Gaza for the Hamas attack in October 2023 that killed a thousand plus Israelis. Now 37000 Palestinians have been killed by the IDF including the 55+ doctors highlighted by Reuters.

    Gaza’s doctors were building a health system. Then came war.

    Health workers killed in the war have included more than 50 highly qualified specialists who were seeking to create a healthcare system for a Palestinian state. With each specialist killed, Gaza lost a network of knowledge that will take years to rebuild.

    Maybe the US should seize offshore Israeli assets and redistribute it before a ceasefire or legal proceeding.

    I hear that's the new normal and morally justified in the Laws of the Jungle

    What gives me a lot of hope is how much the Palestinian people remain unbroken. I struggle to think about the horrors of having everything I have known destroyed and turned to rubble but the Palestinians will rebuild the ruins. It’s inspirational, really.

    They were morally broken even before October 7 and proved again how broken they are on October 7.

    Stop making them out as some kind of martyrs. I know you guys like the concept, but they are the aggressors.

    rebuild? they've never built **** before. everyone built it for them. Palestinians have only destroyed for past 80 years. The entire culture is 'kill jews'
