An appeal is in order but let's not diminish the significance of this verdict."

The sad part is that they will continue to deny they are being fed a bunch of lies and propaganda. I'm not accusing anyone in here of being a bit mentally challenged or mentally ill, but I would bet a lot of those MAGA people who are unable to accept that they have been lied to might be just that. The same goes for people who fall into the whole conspiracy theory madness, QAnon groups, and cults. The people who lure them in feed off those who are a bit mentally off.

If they want to campaign about this more than inflation, immigration or other issues then go ahead. I get the feeling that many voters especially those who aren’t focused on politics are going to be motivated to support this like they weren’t in believing that the last election was stolen yet we saw several republicans run on that in 2022. Almost all of them lost especially the ones in swing states like Az, MI, and PA.
And Larry Hogan for his trouble was told by Republican officials they were going to end his campaign. This is senate seat in blue state that would be a major setback to Democrats if they lost it.
Republicans and Conservatives cannot exist with MAGA. They aren't allowed to. The Republicans in the House and Senate that are with MAGA aren't Republicans. They are the real RINOs.
The Heritage Foundation are a bunch of people who don't even believe Biden won the election. I wouldn't doubt they believe in White Supremacy either. If you scroll down the list of all their founders, directors, experts, fellows, etc it's 99.9% white men and women. They want Trumpism as our ruling of government, and want to be part of his vision and staff, to replace those who don't share their vision. So, it doesn't surprise me that they hang that flag upside down at all.
