Remember when the DOJ let Biden skate because he's mentally incompetent to stand trial?

Robert hurr said under sworn testimony that Biden and Trumps case were completely different because trump destroyed evidence and no such thing was found with biden. Donald trump faces charges bcz he swore under oath that he didn't have classified documents. Biden didn't lie on a sworn affidavit that he didn't have classified docs

Just cuz your cult leader claims he declassified something doesn't make them magically declassified. The government requested the classified documents back in 2021 and trump responded on a sworn affidavit that he had turned everything in and he had no more classified documents.

Biden never signed any affidavit claiming he was in possession of any classified documents. Biden turned over whatever documents he found that were classified. What's illegal is knowingly storing classified documents after the documents were requested.

Again all you do is spew conspiracies and disinformation in the name of your cult leader. You need mental help

Biden (as well as Pence) followed the rules, contacted the authorities when they discovered materials, and fully cooperated with the investigation. The prosecutors rightly found there was no case to be prosecuted against either of them. If Trump had done the same, or even something similar, he would not have been prosecuted. Instead, he refused to return documents, lied about them, and hid them. He was rightly prosecuted.

The contrast here is very clear and provides a great example of why Trump was prosecuted: it was because of his behavior. This stems from how Trump doesn't respect the law, breaks it often without any remorse, and keeps doing so because he apparently can't help himself for some strange reason. His getting away with it for so long probably contributed to his continued misbehavior. Yesterday's verdict finally has the law catching up to him. It was a great day for the rule of law.

 

Actually, no, I don't remember that at all. I remember the DOJ deciding that didn't have a charge they could win a conviction on.

 

And taking jabs at Biden's age in one of the most politically motivated actions that's come out of the DOJ since Bill Barr's misleading Mueller Report memo.

So yeah no I don't remember the DOJ "letting Biden off the hook." I remember them finding no prosecutable crimes, and still acting politically motivated to serve FoxNews' propaganda. It's a long standing DOJ principle to not speak about people investigated but not charged, and the DOJ made exception here.

Not a great look for our supposedly non-political Department of Justice to investigate someone, find no crimes, and then tarnish their name on something like the person's age.
