Mavs always had some doubt with Nash for some reason Back then small guards usually had a shelf life and past 30 was pushing it. It was probably because when hand checking was legal once a guy lost a step hand checking would really make him look a lot slower than he was you rarely saw guys playing at a high level in their mid 30's back before 2000.
I guess so but Cuban alone could have changed history of the modern era NBA and I think the Warriors would not have some of their blue print if Kerr never learned much in Phoenix...
