It only talks about upon release. It doesn't say anything if you are waiting to serve your sentence or are out of jail waiting on an appeal. Now if he gets probation, he probably will. Then he can vote.
I was expecting conviction but am still surprised by all counts and how relatively fast this decision was reached. I felt the facts were well proven but the case was still very complex. To tamp down expectations I don't expect jail time and fully expect an appeal as soon as possible. There still won't be finality on this for years.
The fact this ****er has FINALLY had to grapple with consequences - at least momentarily - of what has basically been an entire adult life of criming and otherwise illegal and just plain bad behavior - doesn't restore my faith in the same (NY-centric) institutions that enabled him for decades....but it is good to see. F-k that guy
That will teach Convicted Felon Donald Trump to stop committing crimes!!! Or least, slow him the **** down.
Another example of how the Right only cares about states' Rights when it suits them such as when AG Paxton tried to invalidate the elections in other states.

Weren't you one of those who was pushing for the prosecution of Hillary Clinton and have been pushing the narrative that Joe Biden is guilty of crimes?
